About the Guild

Senior Support Guild exists because the people who serve older adults work in silos, and the people who need them get bounced between strangers.

What we do

We are not an insurance company, an agency, or a service provider. We operate a professional network: we verify credentials, hold members to standards of conduct, route consumer inquiries to the right member, and make it easy for members to refer work to each other across service lines.

How we vet members

Every applicant submits their credentials and the states they work in. We verify that licensure or certification is current and in good standing before approval, and we review for unresolved regulatory action. Approval is by hand — there is no automatic signup.

What we ask of members

  • Explain options in plain language, including the ones that pay less
  • Never pressure, never rush, never use a deadline as a closing tool
  • Welcome family members into the conversation when the client wants them there
  • Refer the work out when someone else in the network is a better fit
  • Honor an opt-out request immediately and permanently

How we're paid

Members pay to belong to the network. Seniors and families pay us nothing, and what we charge members never affects which products or services they recommend.
