Terms of Use & Disclosures
Last updated August 27, 2026. Senior Support Guild LLC.
These Terms of Use & Disclosures (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://seniorsupportguild.com, any related webpages, accounts, community pages, forms, questionnaires, telephone numbers, text-message programs, email communications, and other online features operated by Senior Support Guild LLC (collectively, the “Site”).
In these Terms, “Senior Support Guild,” “the Guild,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Senior Support Guild LLC. “You” and “your” mean the individual accessing or using the Site. “Professional” means an independent licensed agent, broker, or senior-services provider who holds a member account on the Site. “Partner” means an independent third-party business within, or introduced through, our contracted referral or partner network. Professionals and Partners are referred to together as “Third Parties.”
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting information, posting content, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you are legally authorized to provide the information and request assistance for that person.
2. Who we are
Senior Support Guild LLC operates a public community for older adults, their families, and the professionals who serve them, and is a marketing, information, matching, and referral company. We collect limited information about what a consumer is seeking and attempt to connect that consumer with one or more independent Third Parties who may offer relevant products, services, information, or assistance.
The Guild is not the company that ultimately provides, sells, performs, administers, underwrites, delivers, or guarantees any Third Party product or service unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by the Guild.
Our community and referral activities may include areas such as:
- insurance information of all kinds, and access to independent licensed insurance agents;
- Medicare education;
- prescription medication assistance, including home-delivered prescription services;
- home-care or in-home support services; and
- benefits programs and other resources for older adults.
Available categories, Third Parties, products, and services may change and may not be available in every location.
3. We are not a service provider
Senior Support Guild is not a healthcare provider, physician, medical practice, pharmacy, durable medical equipment supplier, home-care agency, home-health agency, insurance company, insurance carrier, insurance agency, government agency, law firm, accounting firm, financial institution, or emergency service.
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense or furnish medication or medical equipment, provide hands-on care, sell or issue insurance coverage, determine insurance eligibility, approve claims, establish plan benefits, supervise caregivers, or perform the services offered by Third Parties.
Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, caregiver-client, insurer-insured, agent-client, fiduciary, legal, financial, or other professional relationship between you and the Guild.
4. Independent Third Parties; no agency relationship
Every Professional and Partner is an independent third party. They are not employees, agents, representatives, joint venturers, franchisees, or legal partners of the Guild. The Guild does not direct or control a Third Party’s professional judgment, staffing, scheduling, pricing, sales practices, eligibility decisions, underwriting, service methods, contract terms, performance, or customer relationships.
Although we may use internal business criteria when deciding which Third Parties to include or contact, a referral, introduction, listing, badge, or ranking does not constitute a certification, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any Third Party or of their licensing, qualifications, background, availability, suitability, products, services, advice, conduct, or results.
You are responsible for independently evaluating a Third Party before sharing additional information, signing documents, paying money, accepting services, or making any health, insurance, financial, or care-related decision. You should confirm any licenses, credentials, insurance, references, pricing, scope, exclusions, and contract terms that are important to you.
5. What our badges mean, and what they do not
Verified means we checked, at a point in time, that the member held the license or credential they claimed. It is not a guarantee of anyone’s competence, honesty, conduct, or continued good standing, and it can be withdrawn. Verification is free at every membership level and cannot be purchased.
Guild Certified is awarded on the basis of sustained public participation and community feedback. It is likewise not a guarantee of anything, and it cannot be purchased at any price.
A paid membership buys reach and tools. It never buys a badge, a ranking, or an endorsement.
6. The Guild is not a party to your agreement with a Third Party
Any quotation, application, enrollment, order, prescription, authorization, plan, policy, service agreement, payment arrangement, care plan, product purchase, or other transaction entered into with a Third Party is solely between you and that Third Party.
The Guild is not a party to, beneficiary of, guarantor of, or obligor under any agreement between you and a Third Party. We do not assume their duties, and they cannot create obligations or liability on behalf of the Guild.
Any concern, complaint, refund request, billing issue, service dispute, injury claim, coverage dispute, product issue, cancellation, or other claim arising from a Third Party’s products, services, representations, employees, contractors, or agreement must be addressed directly with that Third Party and, when appropriate, the relevant licensing authority, regulator, insurer, or other responsible entity.
You may not identify or treat the Guild as the provider of a Third Party’s product or service merely because the Guild introduced you or transmitted information at your request.
7. No government affiliation
Senior Support Guild is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to the United States government, any state or local government, Medicare, Medicaid, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any other federal or state agency or public-benefit program.
The Site is not a government website. Any government program names used on the Site are for identification and educational purposes only.
8. No professional advice
Information provided through the Site — including answers, posts, comments, guides, and materials published by members — is general information only. The Guild does not provide medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, legal, insurance, tax, investment, or financial advice, and nothing posted by a member is advice about your particular situation. Nothing on the Site should be treated as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, coverage determination, legal opinion, or substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional who has evaluated your circumstances. Reading an answer does not create a professional relationship with its author.
Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information found on the Site. For a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. The Guild does not provide emergency assistance.
9. Insurance and Medicare-related disclosures
The Guild does not issue insurance policies, determine eligibility, underwrite risk, set premiums, approve applications, or decide claims. Insurance information and recommendations, if any, are provided by independent licensed insurance professionals and are subject to carrier rules, policy terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and applicable law.
Submission of information through the Site is not an insurance application, does not create coverage, and does not guarantee that a particular plan, policy, premium, benefit, product, or provider will be available or appropriate.
Senior Support Guild does not market, sell, endorse, or provide Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) plans, or other Medicare-regulated products, and is not a Medicare marketing organization.
10. Prescription and health-related information
The Guild is not a pharmacy and does not dispense, ship, or fill prescriptions. We do not determine medical necessity, prescribe or furnish medication or supplies, verify insurance benefits, make coverage decisions, or guarantee that a healthcare item or service will be ordered, covered, reimbursed, or delivered.
Any healthcare evaluation, prescription, order, fulfillment, coverage verification, or treatment relationship is handled solely by the applicable licensed professional, pharmacy, supplier, provider, payer, or other responsible third party.
11. Home-care services
The Guild does not employ, schedule, supervise, train, credential, or control a Third Party’s caregivers or home-care personnel unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. The Third Party is solely responsible for its personnel, licensing, background checks, insurance, care plans, service quality, scheduling, safety practices, and compliance with law.
You are responsible for reviewing their qualifications, service agreement, staffing practices, rates, cancellation terms, and safeguards before accepting services.
12. Accounts
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts for older adults and their families are free.
You may close your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or end access as described in Section 26.
13. Contacting a professional
There is no private messaging on this Site, by design. A private channel between a professional and an older adult is one nobody can supervise, and it is the channel most abuse of older adults runs through. We do not offer one and do not intend to.
Instead, professionals may publish their own phone number, email address, booking link, video, website, and social profiles. You choose whether to use any of them. You always make the first move — a professional cannot open contact with you through this Site, and nothing about you is sent to them when you view their profile or reveal their details. If you contact them, that conversation is between you and them, and takes place outside this Site where we have no visibility of it.
Links and videos on a profile are supplied by the professional and reviewed by us before they appear, but they lead to services we do not operate or control, and Section 23 applies to them.
14. Community content
What you post here is public. Questions, answers, replies, and profile details are visible to anyone, including search engines, and may be indexed and quoted elsewhere beyond our control.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant the Guild a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of the Site, including after your account closes — otherwise answers would disappear from conversations other people rely on. On request we will remove your name from your past posts.
Do not post anyone’s account numbers, policy numbers, medical details, or contact information, including your own. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, or that impersonates someone else. Do not use the community to make unsolicited sales approaches to individual members, to make misleading claims about products or coverage, or to imply government affiliation.
We may remove any content and suspend any account, at our discretion, and we are not obligated to review or monitor content before it appears.
15. Information you provide
We request limited information reasonably related to operating your account and identifying and facilitating a potential referral, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, general location, preferred contact method, and the categories of assistance you are interested in.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and lawfully provided. If you submit information about another person, you represent that you have appropriate authority and permission to do so.
Do not submit sensitive or protected information through a general Site form, including:
- Social Security numbers;
- bank-account, routing, debit-card, or credit-card numbers;
- account passwords or security codes;
- detailed medical records or diagnostic reports;
- insurance-member identification numbers;
- government-issued identification numbers; or
- any other information the form does not specifically request.
The Guild does not request or intend to collect this information through general inquiry, account, or matching forms. If a Third Party requires additional information, they must collect it through their own secure and legally compliant process.
Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information are also governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Permission to use and share submitted information
When you submit information and request help, you authorize the Guild to use the information to review and process your request; identify potentially relevant Third Parties; transmit the information you submitted to a selected Third Party for the requested purpose; contact you about your request; operate, protect, and improve the Site and referral process; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
The Guild will not represent that a Third Party has accepted your request until they actually do so. Sharing information does not guarantee a response, qualification, approval, coverage, appointment, or service.
17. Consent to calls, texts, and emails
Merely browsing the Site does not require you to consent to marketing calls or texts. Where consent is legally required, we request it through a separate, clear disclosure presented with the relevant form or checkbox, and we record the exact wording you agreed to along with the date, time, page, and IP address.
If you affirmatively provide the requested consent, you authorize Senior Support Guild and the Third Parties identified at the point of consent to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide about the products or services you requested. Contact may occur by telephone call, text message, or email and may include communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or other automated technology, where clearly stated in the consent you accepted.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. You may use our Do Not Contact form, change your contact preferences in your account settings, reply STOP to a text message, ask a caller not to contact you again, use any opt-out mechanism provided, or contact us at legal@seniorsupportguild.com or 214-552-7810. For text assistance, reply HELP when that option is available.
Asking us to email you information is not permission to telephone you, and we record those as separate permissions.
The Guild and its Third Parties must each maintain and honor their own legally required suppression and Do-Not-Call procedures. An opt-out sent to the Guild may not automatically reach an independent Third Party unless the law requires it or we expressly confirm otherwise; you should also send an opt-out directly to anyone contacting you.
For reference, the consent currently presented at signup reads:
By checking this box and submitting, I provide my electronic signature and agree that Senior Support Guild LLC and the professionals or partners identified to me at the time of submission may contact me at the telephone number and email address I provided about insurance of all kinds, Medicare education, prescription medication assistance, home care, benefits programs, and other products, services, and educational information for older adults, including by call, text message, or email. Contact may use an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. I may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text, asking not to be called again, using the Do Not Contact form on the site, or contacting legal@seniorsupportguild.com or 214-552-7810. I confirm that I am the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and am at least 18 years old.
18. Professional membership and fees
Membership for older adults and their families is free. Professional membership has a free level and paid levels.
Paid membership is billed in advance through our payment processor and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account returns to the free level. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with notice, effective at your next renewal.
Advertising and homepage placements are separate purchases, subject to our approval and to limited monthly capacity. We may decline any placement for any reason. Where we decline, you are not charged.
Consumers are never charged by the Guild for using the Site. A Third Party may charge for its own products or services under its separate agreement with you.
19. Professional member obligations
Professional members must hold current licensure or certification in good standing for everything they offer, must keep it current, and must promptly tell us of any lapse, suspension, or regulatory action. Members agree to explain options in plain language, not to pressure anyone, to welcome family into conversations when the client wants them there, and to honor an opt-out request immediately and permanently.
Contact details obtained through the Site are for the receiving member’s own use with the person who asked for help. They may not be resold, redistributed, added to any list, or used for any purpose other than the request. Membership may be suspended or revoked at our discretion, including for lapsed credentials, regulatory action, or conduct inconsistent with these standards, and no refund is owed on revocation for cause.
20. Partner network and compensation
Professionals and Partners are independent businesses that may contract with the Guild for membership, marketing, referral, advertising, listing, or related services. The Guild may receive a fee or other compensation when we provide a referral, when a Third Party contacts a consumer, when a consumer completes a qualifying action, when a transaction occurs, or when a Partner pays to be listed.
Compensation may affect which Third Parties are presented or contacted. The Guild does not promise to identify every potentially available professional, provider, product, plan, or service in your area, and our network may not include all available options.
21. No guarantee
The Guild does not guarantee:
- that a Third Party will contact or accept you;
- that your question will be answered, or answered correctly;
- that any product or service will be available in your area;
- that you will qualify for insurance, benefits, coverage, medication, supplies, financing, care, or assistance;
- that a Third Party’s information, recommendations, pricing, availability, or services will be accurate, complete, timely, suitable, or satisfactory;
- that any referral will result in savings, approval, improved health, coverage, reimbursement, or a particular outcome;
- that a professional member will receive any particular volume or quality of leads, connections, visibility, or business; or
- that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
22. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes; provide truthful and accurate information; obtain permission before submitting another person’s information; independently evaluate Third Parties and their offerings; read all Third Party agreements, disclosures, exclusions, authorizations, and notices before agreeing to them; ask questions and seek independent professional advice when appropriate; and comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, probe for non-public areas or administrative functions, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or copy the Site or its member directory at scale, harvest contact information, use the Site to harass others, or use information obtained through the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
23. Third-party websites and materials
The Site may link to or display information from Third Parties, including materials, videos, reviews, and social profiles that members link from their profiles. The Guild does not control third-party websites, applications, privacy practices, security, content, products, or services. A link, embed, or referral does not mean that the Guild adopts or guarantees the third party’s statements or conduct.
Your use of a third party’s website or services is governed by that third party’s own terms, privacy policy, disclosures, and agreements.
24. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, branding, logos, graphics, layout, text, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Guild and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Guild grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site materials without prior written permission. This does not affect your ownership of what you post, which is addressed in Section 14.
25. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, COMMUNITY, REFERRAL PROCESS, INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS, AND ANY INTRODUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The Guild disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, reliability, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
The Guild makes no warranty regarding any Third Party or any Third Party product, service, advice, personnel, licensing, conduct, agreement, or result, and no warranty regarding any answer, post, or material published by a member.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
26. Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the Site, or engaged in unlawful conduct. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions addressing Third Party independence, disclaimers, releases, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
27. Release concerning dealings with Third Parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that your dealings with a Professional or Partner are at your own discretion and risk, and you release and hold harmless the Guild and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and disputes arising solely from:
- a Third Party’s acts, omissions, statements, advice, products, services, personnel, billing, privacy practices, or contract;
- your decision to select, reject, hire, enroll with, purchase from, or otherwise deal with a Third Party; or
- a disagreement between you and a Third Party.
This release does not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived and does not release the Guild from claims based directly on the Guild’s own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be disclaimed, or other nonwaivable legal duties.
28. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENIOR SUPPORT GUILD LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; PERSONAL OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, A REFERRAL, A THIRD PARTY, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY OCCUR.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guild’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site, community, referral process, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount, if any, you paid directly to the Guild during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
The Guild is not liable for the acts or omissions of an independent Third Party and is not responsible for fulfilling, refunding, correcting, defending, or paying obligations arising under your agreement with a Third Party.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Because some jurisdictions restrict exclusions or limitations of damages, some provisions may not apply to you.
29. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Guild and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, losses, judgments, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
- your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
- content you post;
- information you submit without authority or permission;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person’s rights;
- for professional members, your dealings with people you meet through the Site, and any regulatory action arising from your conduct; or
- fraud, misconduct, or unlawful acts committed by you through or in connection with the Site.
This section does not require you to indemnify the Guild for the Guild’s own conduct to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by law.
30. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will identify the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or affirmative consent.
31. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.
Before filing a claim, you and the Guild agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Notices to the Guild should be sent to legal@seniorsupportguild.com and to 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Any lawsuit that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires another forum.
32. General provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Guild concerning the Site unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. The Guild’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. The Guild may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the Site.
Headings are for convenience only and do not limit the meaning of any provision.
